Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the Yoorie website and form the general framework for marketing, design, development, software, and digital-product engagements.

Project agreements

Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, responsibilities, revision limits, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a written proposal, order, or project agreement before paid work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate information, necessary access, lawful materials, and approvals. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery schedules and estimates.

Intellectual property and third parties

Ownership and licensing are defined in the applicable agreement. Third-party software, fonts, media, APIs, advertising platforms, hosting, and marketplace services remain subject to their own terms and fees.

Acceptable use and liability

Yoorie services and deliverables must not be used unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights. Any service-specific warranties, support obligations, and liability limits are governed by the written agreement.
