Services covered
This policy covers Yoorie’s custom digital services, including websites, apps, software, automation, branding, and marketing work. The accepted proposal identifies what is purchased, the price, payment milestones, and any project-specific cancellation conditions before payment.
Requesting cancellation
Email hello@yoorie.com from the email address associated with your project. Include your project or invoice reference, the work you want to cancel, and the requested cancellation date. We review the delivery status and confirm in writing which activities will stop and any remaining obligations.
Work not yet delivered
For a cancellation request, the refundable amount is assessed against undelivered work, completed milestones, and commitments already authorised under the agreed proposal. Any prepaid amount allocated to work that has not been performed is considered separately from completed work. The calculation and any deductions are explained before a refund is agreed.
Completed work and third-party costs
Delivered and accepted milestones are assessed under the project’s acceptance terms. Third-party costs, such as purchased domains, subscriptions, or licensed assets, depend on the relevant provider’s refund rules. They are included in the cancellation calculation only when authorised for the project and supported by the applicable terms.
Service concerns
If a deliverable does not match the accepted scope, tell us which requirement is affected and provide relevant details. We review it against the agreed acceptance criteria and discuss correction, redelivery, or a refund where appropriate. This policy does not replace rights that apply under applicable law.
Refund timing and method
The applicable review and refund initiation timeline is stated in the accepted project proposal before payment. Once eligibility and the amount are confirmed, the refund is issued through the original payment method where supported. We provide the initiation reference and the payment provider’s expected credit timeline; actual bank credit depends on the provider and bank.
Duplicate, failed, or disputed payments
If a payment appears duplicated or a charge is shown without a confirmed project payment, email the invoice reference, date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or OTPs. We check the payment status before advising on the next step.
Recurring arrangements
For recurring support or growth work, renewal dates, notice periods, cancellation deadlines, and any treatment of the current billing period are agreed in writing before the arrangement starts. Cancelling a recurring engagement does not by itself cancel a separately accepted project milestone.
